Janjatiya Gaurav Divas & Viksit Bharat Sankalpa Yatra was launched on the 149th Birth Anniversary of Bhagvan Birsamunda in Araku Valley by the Hon’ble Governor of Andhra Pradesh, Shri Justice S. Abdul Nazeer. The event, organized by ITDAs, saw the participation of G. Suresh Kumar IIS, Vice Chairman & Managing Director of GCC, along with other dignitaries and officials.

గిరిజన సహకార సంస్థ ' సేవలను మరింత విస్తరిస్తోంది. ఇప్పటి వరకు గిరిజనుల నుంచి అటవీ ఉత్పత్తులను మాత్రమే కొనుగోలు చేస్తున్న జీసీసీ ఇప్పుడు వారపు సంతల్లో స్టాళ్లు ఏర్పాటు చేసి నిత్యావసర, కిరాణ సామగ్రి అమ్మకాలు చేపట్టి వ్యాపారుల దోపిడీకి చెక్ పెట్టింది. నకిలీల బారిన పడి మోసపోకుండా నాణ్యమైన వస్తువులను విక్రయిస్తూ గిరిజనులకు మరింత చేరువవుతోంది

 

 

G. Suresh Kumar, IIS, Vice Chairman, and Managing Director of the Girijan Cooperative Corporation (GCC), embarked on a visit to the Van Dhan Vikas Kendras (VDVK) situated in the Rampachodavaram, Maredumilli, and Chintoor Divisions of the ASR District. During his visit, he conducted review meetings with the staff and toured the facilities involved in the processing and packaging of turmeric and tamarind at the VDVKs. Furthermore, Mr. Suresh Kumar conducted a thorough inspection of the Shikakai processing unit, the MLS points, and the DR Godowns to evaluate their operations and facilities. He also paid a visit to the super bazaar, where he engaged with the staff, offering guidance and insights to enhance their operations. In the Chintoor Division, Managing Director Suresh Kumar held a review meeting with the staff working in the division and visited the MLS Godown, Petrol Bunk, DRs Godown, and Super Bazar of the Chintoor Division.   అల్లూరి జిల్లా ఏజెన్సీ లో సేంద్రీయ విధానంలో గిరిజనులు  సాగు చేస్తున్న అరకు వ్యాలీ కాఫీకి ప్రపంచం వ్యాప్తంగా గుర్తింపు ,  డిమాండ్ వున్నాయని రాష్ట్ర గిరిజన సంక్షేమ శాఖ మంత్రి వేడిక రాజన్నదొర చెప్పారు. శుక్రవారం కొయ్యూరు  మండలంలోని డౌనూరులో గిరిజన సహకార సంస్థ ఆధ్వర్యంలో రూ. 4  కోట్లతో నిర్మించనున్న సమీకృత కాఫీ ప్రాసెసింగ్ యూనిట్ నిర్మాణానికి వైసీపీ ఉత్తరాంధ్ర సమన్వయకర్త వైవీ సుబ్బారెడ్డితో కలసి శంకుస్థాపన చేశారు. అనంతరం జీసీసీ ఎండీ సురేశ్ కుమార్ అధ్యక్షతన నిర్వహించిన సభలో మంత్రి మాట్లాడుతూ ,  కాఫీ రైతుల ను మరింత ప్రోత్సహిం చేందుకు ,  ఆధునిక పద్ధతుల్లో - నాణ్యమైన కాఫీని ఉత్పత్తి చేసేందుకు ఈ ప్రాసెసింగ్ యూనిట్ ఎంతో దోహదపడుతుందని తెలిపారు. ఆరు నెలల్లో ఇది అందుబాటులోకి తీసుకురావాలని అధికారు లను ఆదేశించారు. గిరిజన రైతులు ఆర్థికంగా అభివృద్ధి చెందడానికి ప్రభుత్వం పలు చర్యలు చేపట్టిందని ,  ఇందు లో భాగంగానే కాఫీ ప్రాసెసింగ్ యూనిట్ నిర్మాణానికి శ్రీకారం చుట్టామని చెప్పారు. రైతులు తాము పండించిన కాఫీ పంటను దళారులకు కాకుండా జిసిసికి విక్రయిం చాలని ,  తద్వారా రైతులకు అధిక ధర లభిస్తుందని ,  ఇదే సమయంలో

కొండకోనల్లో సేంద్రియ పద్ధతుల్లో గిరిజనులు పండించే ఆరోగ్యకర పంటలు ప్రతి ఇంటికీ చేరుతున్నాయి. ఆరోగ్యాన్ని, ఆయుష్షును పెంచుతున్నాయి. ప్రభుత్వ తోడ్పాటుతో నాణ్యమైన గిరిజన ఉత్పత్తులను వినియోగదారులకు సరసమైన ధరకే అందించే బృహత్తర క్రతువును జీసీసీ భుజానికెత్తుకుంది. ట్రైఫెడ్ సహకారంతో జాతీయ, అంతర్జాతీయ స్థాయిలో మార్కెటింగ్ చేసేందుకు ప్రణాళికలు రచిస్తోంది. ఓ వైపు గిరిజన రైతులకు, మరోవైపు వినియోగదారులకు లబ్దిచేకూర్చడమే లక్ష్యంగా ముందుకు సాగుతోంది. గిరిజన ఉత్పత్తుల ప్రాసెసింగ్, విక్రయాలు, ప్రజలకు కలుగు తున్న ప్రయోజనాలకు 'సాక్షి' అక్షరరూపం.

గిరిజన ఉత్పత్తులకు ట్రైఫెడ్ ద్వారా మార్కెటింగ్ సౌకర్యం కల్పించబడుతుందని జీసీసీ ఎండీ సురేష్ కుమార్ అన్నారు. సోమవారం సీతంపేట ఐటిడిఎలో నిర్వహించిన గిరిజన కళాకృతుల ప్రదర్శన మేళా కార్యక్రమంలో ఆయన పాల్గొన్నారు. ఈ సంధర్బంగా ఆయన మాట్లాడుతూ సీతంపేటలో ఈ కార్యక్రమం ఏర్పాటు చేయడం శుభపరిణామం అని అన్నారు. సీతంపేటలో వీడీవీకేలు చాలా బాగా పనిచేస్తున్నాయని అన్నారు. గిరిజన ఉత్పత్తులు కూడా చాలా బాగున్నాయని అన్నారు. సీతంపేట ప్రాంతంలో తయారయ్యే గిరిజన ఉత్పత్తులకు రాష్ట్రంలో మంచి డిమాండ్ ఉందని అన్నారు. వీడీవీకేలకు జీసీసీ తరుపున పూర్తి సహకారం అందిస్తామని అన్నారు. ఐటిడిఎ పీవో కల్పనకుమారి మాట్లాడుతూ వీడీవీకే సభ్యులు భవిష్యత్తులో వ్యాపారవేత్తలుగా తయారవ్వాలని అన్నారు. మార్కెటింగ్ పై ప్రత్యేక దృష్టి పెడతామని అన్నారు. తయారుచేసే గిరిజన ఉత్పత్తులు నాణ్యతతో ఉండాలని అన్నారు. ఐటిడిఎ నుంచి పూర్తి సహకారం అందేలా చర్యలు తీసుకొంటామని అన్నారు .

The Vice-Chairman & Managing Director of AP Girijan Cooperative Corporation - GCC , G.Suresh Kumar IIS, visited the Girijana Van Dhan Vikasa Kendras (VDVKs) located in Dibbaguda of Seethampeta Mandal and Vanathalli VDVK at Jakkaraguda in Bhamini Mandal within the Parvathipuram Manyam District. GCC Managers, along with the APD (Area Project Director), APMs (Area Project Managers), and Velugu CC members, were also part of this visit. During the visit, G.Suresh Kumar engaged in discussions with tribal villagers who belong to Particularly Vulnerable Tribal Groups (PVTGs), addressing their ongoing activities. He also provided guidance on how to obtain fair prices for their processed forest produce.
